Once you have connected your LINE Official Account, try talking to the Marketing Agent. Just tell it your goal, and it handles everything from planning your broadcasts to preparing them for you.
Open the agent
The Marketing Agent works as a chat, so you can interact with it in plain language.
Select AI agent at the top of the screen, or open it with Cmd+J (Mac) / Ctrl+J (Windows). The first time you open it, you will see suggestions for how to get started.
Start with a simple message
Your first message can be anything. Just talk to the agent in natural language.
| Try saying | How the agent responds |
|---|---|
| "Tell me what you can do" | Walks you through the main features and how to use them |
| "I want to start sending LINE broadcasts" | Helps you create a broadcast |
| "I want to grow my friends" | Analyzes your current situation and suggests goals and actions |
Tell the agent your goal
The key to getting the most out of the agent is telling it what you want to achieve.
When you say something like "I want to grow my friends," "I want to improve my open rate," or "I want you to handle my weekly broadcasts," the agent analyzes your current data and proposes achievable goals along with concrete actions. Once you set a goal, monthly broadcast planning and weekly progress reports start running automatically.
Let the agent handle your broadcasts
When you say "Handle this month's broadcasts for me," the agent builds a monthly plan.
The plan includes the date, theme, and recipients for each broadcast. After you review the details and approve the plan, the agent automatically prepares your broadcasts every week. You receive a preview before each broadcast is sent, so it goes out only when you select Approve. Nothing is ever sent without your approval.
Helpful things to know
Here are a few points worth knowing up front so you can use the agent with confidence.
| Point | Details |
|---|---|
| Sending always requires approval | The agent never sends messages on its own |
| You can choose a chat mode | Switch between Auto (switches between suggesting and drafting automatically), Create (focuses on producing drafts), and Consult (focuses on analysis and planning). When in doubt, leave it on Auto |
| You can revise as many times as you like | Tell the agent the direction in chat, and it adjusts its suggestions |
| It gets smarter the more you use it | It learns from broadcast results and your feedback, improving the accuracy of its suggestions |
