You can log in to Lumo with your email address and password, or with your Google account. You can also switch between multiple workspaces.
Steps to log in
Once you enter your credentials on the login page, the workspace you used most recently opens.
1. Open the login page
Go to the Lumo login page.
2. Log in
Log in using one of the following methods.
- Email and password: Enter the details you registered when you signed up.
- Google account: Select "Sign in with Google" and authenticate with your Google account.
3. Enter a verification code (if enabled)
If you have enabled two-step verification, a two-factor authentication screen appears when you log in. Enter the six-digit code shown in your authenticator app.
First login after upgrading from CONNECT
If you upgraded from LITTLE HELP CONNECT to Lumo, you need to set a password before your first login. The password you used in CONNECT doesn't carry over.
- On the login page, select "Set your password".
- Enter the email address registered with Lumo.
- Use the link in the email you receive to set a password.
Once that is done, you can log in with that email address and password. If you log in with a Google account, you don't need to set a password — go straight through "Sign in with Google".
Switch workspaces
After you log in, the workspace you used most recently opens automatically.
To switch to a different workspace, select it from the navigation menu. The workspace you select will open automatically the next time you log in as well.
If you forget your password
You can reset your password from the login page.
- On the login page, select "Forgot your password?".
- Enter your registered email address.
- Use the link in the email you receive to set a new password.
When you reset your password, you are logged out of all devices. Log in again with your new password.
When things don't work
Here are common login problems and how to resolve them.
- You can't log in: Check that your email address and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- You don't receive the reset email: Check your spam folder and make sure you entered your registered email address correctly.
- Your verification code doesn't work: The code in your authenticator app refreshes every 30 seconds. Enter the latest code.
