In Personal Settings, you can change your profile picture, name, display language, two-factor authentication, and the personality of your AI agent.
Open Personal Settings
You open Personal Settings from the account menu.
- Select the account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Personal Settings.
Basic Information
Under Basic Information, you can change your profile picture, name, and display language.

Once you make a change, select Save at the bottom of the screen to apply it.
Change the Display Language
Lumo supports four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese (Traditional), and Thai.
When you select a language, the screen updates instantly as a preview. Select Save to confirm the change. If you leave the page without saving, the language returns to its previous setting.
Two-Factor Authentication
From Personal Settings, you can enable or disable two-factor authentication.
When enabled, signing in requires a code from an authenticator app in addition to your password, which makes your account more secure. For detailed steps, see "How to Set Up Two-Factor Authentication."
AI Agent Personality
In workspaces where the AI agent is enabled, you can choose a response style for the agent that applies only to you. What you choose here is the tone of voice — it is a separate setting from the chat mode (Auto, Create, Consult), which controls how the agent works.

If you select "Follow default settings," the workspace's default style is applied. If you select Clear conversation history and memory, you can delete the conversation history and memory between you and the agent. This action cannot be undone, and it does not affect other members' history.
When Things Aren't Working
These are frequently asked questions about Personal Settings.
- The settings won't save: Name is a required field. Make sure a name has been entered.
- The language won't switch: Reload the page.
- The AI agent settings aren't shown: They only appear in workspaces where the AI agent is enabled.
