When you sign up, a Lumo Workspace is created and you can start using it right away. If you do not already have an account, one is created at the same time.
What Is Sign-Up?
Sign-up is the process of creating a new Lumo Workspace.
A Workspace is the unit through which your company or team uses Lumo. Once sign-up is complete, you can start using features such as connecting your LINE Official Account and sending broadcasts.
Sign-Up Steps
Sign-up moves through three steps: choosing a language, agreeing to the terms of service, and creating an account.
1. Open the sign-up page
Go to the Lumo sign-up page.
2. Choose a language
Choose the language you want to use in Lumo. You can choose from Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, and Thai.
3. Agree to the terms of service
Review the terms of service and select "I agree to the terms of service".
4. Create an account
You can choose from the following two methods.
- Create with a Google account: Select "Use your Google email and password" to register directly with your Google account. No email verification is required, and your Workspace is created immediately.
- Create with an email and password: Enter your email address and password. After you submit them, a verification email is sent to you, and clicking the link in the email completes your registration.
Your password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one letter and one number. You cannot use the same character three or more times in a row.
What to Do After Signing Up
Once your Workspace is ready, go ahead and complete the following initial setup.

When Things Do Not Go as Expected
Here are common sticking points during sign-up and how to resolve them.
- The verification email does not arrive: Check your spam Folder. If it still does not arrive after a few minutes, select "Resend" on the verification email screen.
- You cannot set a password: Make sure it is at least 8 characters long, includes at least one letter and one number, and does not use the same character three or more times in a row.
- You already have an account: Even with an existing account, you can add a new Workspace from sign-up. To enter an existing Workspace, log in from the login page.
