Message types in Lumo cover the common snags you might hit while creating them. When you are unsure which type to use, just tell the agent your goal, such as "I want to send a broadcast like this," and it will assemble a message that fits your content. Supplementary notes on the specifications and workarounds for when you set things up yourself are answered below.
Can I send multiple messages in a single broadcast?
You can combine and send multiple messages in a single Message Broadcast, with up to five messages per broadcast.
You can mix different types, such as text, images, Rich Messages, and Card Type Messages, to make up a single broadcast.
When you tell the agent your goal in Auto mode, it automatically assembles the messages needed for your content and proposes a broadcast plan. Review the proposed plan, and if it looks good, select "Approve" on the approval screen; if you want to make changes, select "Cancel".
If you set things up yourself, you can add messages from "Add Message" on the broadcast creation screen.

My Rich Message image is not showing
When a Rich Message image does not appear, check that the image format and size meet the requirements.
Points to check
| Item | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Image format | PNG or JPEG |
| Image width | Fixed at 1040px |
| Image height | 1040px, or any height you choose |
If you use a non-square image (a height other than 1040px), you can only select the single-panel layout rather than a split-panel one. If you want to divide the image into multiple panels, prepare a square image of 1040px x 1040px.
After replacing the image, re-upload it from "Upload Image" on the Rich Message edit screen.
How many cards can I set in a Card Type Message?
You can set up to 10 cards in a Card Type Message.
Each card can have an image, a title, descriptive text, and an action button. Recipients view the cards by swiping sideways.
You can reorder the cards by dragging and dropping them on the creation screen. Use "Add Card" to add a card, and "Duplicate Card" to copy one.

Can I share broadcast templates with other members?
Broadcast templates are managed at the Workspace level, so any Member of the same Workspace can use them without any individual sharing settings.
You can save broadcast content you use often as a broadcast template from "Save as Template" on the broadcast creation screen. The saved template can be selected and reused the next time you create a new broadcast.

Note that what we cover here is the broadcast template for Message Broadcasts. This is a separate feature from the Canned Response, which registers replies you use often in Chat.
Can LINE Notification Messages be combined with other messages?
A LINE Notification Message can only be set as the first message of a broadcast and can only be sent on its own. You cannot combine it in the same broadcast with other types of messages, such as text or Rich Messages.
When you use a LINE Notification Message, set only the LINE Notification Message in that broadcast. If you want to send other types of messages together, create them as a separate broadcast.
