You can manage the image and video files used in a Message Broadcast or in Auto Send Messages all in one place through Lumo's Files area — upload, organize, and select them when building a broadcast.
What You Can Do with Files
Files is the place where you keep the images and videos used in your broadcasts together in your Workspace. Once you upload a file, you can reuse it across multiple broadcasts, so you never have to prepare the same asset again and again.
When you want to prepare the assets for a broadcast, the quickest route is to start by talking with the Marketing Agent. Tell it your goal, such as "I want to include a sale announcement banner in the broadcast," and the agent will move the whole broadcast forward for you. If you would rather register an image or video you have on hand yourself, you can upload it by following the steps in "Uploading a File."
Before You Start
To use Files, you need to meet the following conditions.
- You are logged in to Lumo
- Your LINE Official Account is connected
Uploading a File
You register images and videos from Message Items > Files in the side menu.
- In the side menu, open Message Items > Files
- Click the Upload File button
- Select the file to upload and enter a File Name
- Click Save File
Entering a file name makes it easier to find the asset you want when you create a broadcast.
Supported File Formats and Sizes
You can upload images (PNG, JPG) and videos (MP4), with a maximum size of 30MB.

You cannot replace the contents of a file after it has been uploaded. When you want to use a different asset, upload it as a new file.
Organizing Files
In the file list, you can use search and Folders to organize your assets so they are easy to find.
Searching
In the file list, you can search by file name or filter by file type (image or video). This lets you quickly find the file you want when your assets start to pile up.
Sorting with Folders
When you create a Folder, you can group and manage files by purpose or by campaign.
- Click the Create Folder button
- Enter a folder name and save
- Move files into the Folder you want
Deleting a File
You can delete files you no longer need from the file's edit screen. A deleted file cannot be restored, so make sure it is not being used in any broadcast before you proceed.
When you delete a Folder, the files inside that Folder are deleted together with it.
Using a File in a Broadcast
You can select a registered file when you create a Message Broadcast or Auto Send Messages.
- Open the creation screen for a Message Broadcast or Auto Send Messages
- For the message type, select Image or Video
- Choose the one you want from your uploaded files
Each file comes with a public URL, which you can copy with Copy URL from the file's edit screen.
When Things Don't Work
If you run into trouble while uploading or selecting a file, check the following points.
