Lumo offers two AI agents: the Marketing Agent, which takes on your entire broadcast workflow, and the Customer Agent, which handles automatic replies to your friends. Each serves a different audience and works in a different place — choose based on whether you want to delegate internal work or replies to friends.
The Difference Between the Two AI Agents
The Marketing Agent supports your members inside the admin screen, while the Customer Agent replies automatically to friends in the LINE chat — they serve different people and work in different places.

Marketing Agent
The Marketing Agent is an AI agent that takes on the hands-on work of LINE marketing. Tell it your Goal, and it carries out everything from planning broadcasts to creating, analyzing, and improving them on your behalf.
What members handle are just two things: deciding the Goal and approving the agent's proposals. You can leave the preparation and execution of broadcasts, as well as the analysis of results, to the agent.

How to Open It
You open the Marketing Agent from the admin screen.
- Click AI agent in the side menu
- Toggle it open and closed with the keyboard shortcut Cmd+J (on Windows, Ctrl+J)
You can choose from three Chat modes: Auto, Create, and Consult. Choose Auto when you want the agent to proceed automatically as the situation requires, Create when you want it to draft a starting point, and Consult when you want to work through your approach together.
When the agent proposes an operation such as a broadcast or a Workflow, you proceed by selecting Approve or Cancel in the approval dialog.
Customer Agent
The Customer Agent is an AI agent that replies automatically to messages from friends on LINE. Because it answers based on the information you register in the Knowledge Base, it reduces the burden of handling inquiries.
What You Can Delegate
- Automatically answering frequently asked questions
- Handling inquiries outside business hours
- Providing guidance about products and orders
- Handing off inquiries the agent cannot resolve to a human operator
Where You Set It Up
You set up the Customer Agent as a Workflow action. Decide the conditions for responding in the trigger, then place the Customer Agent in the action so that messages matching those conditions are answered automatically.
By selecting the Knowledge Base that serves as the basis for replies, the agent can respond in line with your own information. For times when you want to switch to a human operator, there is also a setting to display a human handoff button in the chat.
