Marketing Agent handles everything from planning and executing broadcasts to analyzing and improving them. Here we introduce the most common scenarios for letting the agent do the work and deliver results. In every scenario, you only do two things: tell the agent your goal, and decide whether to approve its suggestions.
Leave the Entire Broadcast to the Agent
Just tell the agent "Handle the broadcast for me," and it will move ahead with planning the broadcast, writing the copy, and selecting the target Segment, then ask for your approval before sending. The agent prepares the broadcast and you make the final call.
How to Delegate
- Tell the agent "Handle my upcoming broadcasts for me"
- The agent proposes a broadcast plan (the broadcast theme, target Segment, and timing)
- Review the proposed content and approve it
- A preview arrives before the broadcast goes out, so review it and choose "Approve"
- A results report arrives after the broadcast is sent
What the Agent Handles
- Designs broadcast timing based on past open rate data
- Writes broadcast copy that matches your brand tone
- Selects the broadcast's target Segment based on data
- Analyzes broadcast results and reflects them in the next proposal
To approve, choose "Approve"; to pass, choose "Cancel". The agent never sends a broadcast on its own until you choose.
Set a Goal and Have the Agent Propose Actions
When you share the Goal you want to achieve, the agent analyzes your current situation and continuously proposes actions toward that Goal. With a Goal in place, every subsequent proposal is tied to achieving it.
How to Delegate
- Tell the agent the Goal you want to achieve, such as "I want to grow my Friends"
- The agent analyzes your current situation and proposes an achievable Goal and actions
- Approve the Goal
- The agent continuously proposes actions aligned with the Goal
- Check your progress with a progress report
What the Agent Handles
- Analyzes your current number of Friends and growth pace
- Works backward to determine the level and actions needed to reach the Goal
- Proposes actions that lead to acquiring Friends
- Proposes additional actions if the pace falls behind
You can review and edit the Goal you set at any time on the "Goal" tab in the agent control center.
Improve Automatically from Broadcast Results
When you let the agent handle post-broadcast analysis and planning the next action, the cycle of broadcast, analysis, improvement, and the next broadcast keeps running. All you do is approve the proposals.
What the Agent Handles
- Automatically analyzes the results once the broadcast is complete
- Notifies you of the analysis results, such as "Open rates were strong. The limited-time appeal boosted the click rate"
- Proposes the next action, such as "I suggest one more broadcast along these lines, aimed at repeat customers"
- Prepares the next broadcast once you approve
The cycle of broadcast, analysis, improvement, and the next broadcast keeps running, led by the agent.
Detect Anomalies and Respond
The agent detects data anomalies such as a sharp drop in open rates or a rise in the block rate, then proposes a cause analysis and countermeasures. You decide whether to carry out the countermeasures.
What the Agent Handles
- Detects that the block rate has become higher than usual
- Notifies you, "Blocks are increasing. Your broadcast frequency may be too high"
- Presents the results of the cause analysis (broadcast frequency, breadth of the Segment, and so on)
- Proposes countermeasures such as "Lower the broadcast frequency and narrow the Segment"
- Reviews the settings once you approve
Main Anomalies the Agent Can Detect
| Type of anomaly | What the agent does |
|---|---|
| Rise in block rate | Proposes reviewing broadcast frequency and Segment |
| Fluctuation in open rate | Proposes improving subject lines and broadcast timing |
| Increase in cart abandonment | Proposes strengthening follow-ups |
| Increase in dormant users | Proposes actions to re-engage them |
Have the Agent Propose Automation from Chat Trends
The agent analyzes trends in the inquiries arriving in Chat and proposes automating recurring responses with a Workflow. Once you approve, it even prepares a draft of the Workflow.
What the Agent Handles
- Analyzes the content of Chat inquiries
- Detects patterns such as "Questions about delivery status keep coming in"
- Proposes, "Creating an auto-reply Workflow could cut your response time"
- Creates a draft of the Workflow
- Activates the Workflow once you approve
After the Workflow is activated, the agent measures its effect over a set period and reports "how many inquiries were handled automatically."
Ask for Everyday Questions and Tasks
Marketing Agent does more than planning and analysis — it also responds to everyday requests such as questions about how to do something, checking data, and navigating to a screen. Just talk to it in Chat and it will help.
| What you want to do | Example request |
|---|---|
| Learn how to do something | "Tell me how to create a Segment" |
| Check data | "Tell me last month's broadcast results" "What's the trend in my number of Friends?" |
| Create a broadcast | "Create a campaign broadcast for the new product" |
| Generate an image | "Create a banner image for the spring campaign" |
| Run a web search | "Look up the latest trends in LINE marketing" |
| Create a Segment | "Create a Segment of people who purchased in the last 30 days" |
| Get help setting up an integration | "Guide me through setting up the Shopify integration" |
| Navigate to a screen | "Open the Segment screen" |
Depending on the request, the agent asks for approval before taking action. For high-impact actions such as creating a broadcast or a Segment, nothing runs until you choose "Approve".
Switch Between Chat Modes
When you switch the Chat mode to match the purpose of your request, the agent's responses change. Create is best when you want a starting draft, and Consult is best when you want to work through something together.
| Mode | Best suited for |
|---|---|
| Auto | When you want to leave proposing and creating to the agent as the situation calls for it |
| Create | When you want a starting point or draft made right away |
| Consult | When you want to brainstorm, analyze, or organize your direction |
Tips for Getting Better Results
To draw more accurate proposals from the agent, it helps to set a Goal and make your requests specific. The more you interact, the more the agent learns and the more precise its proposals become.
| Point | Description |
|---|---|
| Set a Goal | With a Goal in place, all of the agent's proposals are tied to achieving it |
| Be specific | "Create a welcome message for new Friends" produces more accurate results than "Create a broadcast" |
| Give feedback | Let the agent know whether a proposal was good or fell short. The agent learns from it |
| Share your direction | When you share direction such as "I like a casual tone" or "I want to push this product," the agent reflects it |
