Can I manage multiple LINE Official Accounts in a single Workspace?
You can connect and manage multiple LINE Official Accounts in a single Workspace, though the maximum number you can connect depends on your plan.
The LINE Official Account list screen shows your connected accounts as cards. Each card displays the following metrics.

Clicking a card takes you to the Friends list screen for that account. To connect a new one, open the connection wizard from the "Connect LINE Official Account" button on the list screen.
On the Free plan, you can connect only one LINE Official Account. If you want to connect more than one, you will need to upgrade your plan.
What happens if I disconnect a LINE Official Account?
When you disconnect, all LINE-related features stop, including sending and receiving messages and the automatic syncing of friends.
Disconnecting does not delete your data right away, but while disconnected you cannot add friends or send broadcasts. If there is data you need, export it before you disconnect. If you connect the same LINE Official Account again, you can resume broadcasting and management.
You disconnect from that account's "Settings" screen. Selecting "Delete" in the confirmation dialog disconnects the account.
I changed a setting but can't find the save button
When you change a value on a settings screen, a save bar appears automatically at the bottom of the screen.
This bar has a "Save" button and a "Cancel" button. If you try to move to another page without saving your changes, a dialog appears letting you know that you have unsaved changes. To avoid losing changes unintentionally, choose whether to save before you move away.
Where can I check the Webhook URL?
You can check the Webhook URL in the "Set Webhook URL" step of the LINE Official Account connection wizard.
As you progress through the connection wizard, the Webhook URL is displayed and you can copy it with "Copy URL". Paste the copied URL into the Webhook URL field on LINE's settings screen. For details on the connection steps, see the article on connecting a LINE Official Account.
What happens to the contents of a Folder when I delete it?
When you delete a Folder, the contents inside the Folder are deleted along with it.
When you delete a Folder for Rich Menus, Segments, QR Codes, and the like, all of the contents inside it are deleted at the same time. Deleted Folders and their contents cannot be restored, so be sure to check what is inside before you delete one.
Note that what gets deleted here is strictly the Folder and the contents inside it. The "tag" you apply to friends and the "Segment" you use to narrow down friends are separate concepts and are handled differently from deleting a Folder.
Which features can I organize with Folders?
You can create Folders to organize Segments, Rich Menus, and QR Codes together.
On the list screen for each feature, create a Folder from "Create Folder", then select items and group them with "Move to Folder". When the number of items grows, dividing them into Folders by purpose or by campaign makes them easier to find.
