Open the bell at the top right of the screen and you can check important things that happened in your Workspace right there. You won't miss the ones that need your attention, such as a data import finishing or an integration that needs re-authorization.
Opening notifications
You open notifications from the bell icon at the top right of the screen. When you have unread notifications, the unread count appears on the bell.
The panel is split into two tabs.

Types of notifications you receive
You receive notifications about the results of data imports, trouble with integrations or your LINE Official Account, broadcasts that reached no one, and changes to billing and your contract.
Importing data

Even a long-running import sends you a notification when it finishes. You don't have to sit and wait in front of the screen.
Integrations and LINE Official Account

| HubSpot segment not found | The name of the HubSpot segment (list) that may have been deleted, plus the Rich Menus, broadcasts, and ID-linking settings still using it. Removing the segment from those settings resolves this |
| HubSpot property write skipped | That a Workflow's write was rejected by HubSpot |
Leave any of these alone and data sync or your broadcasts stay stopped. When a notification arrives, follow the guidance and check your settings.
Broadcasts

From the list, that run looks like a broadcast that simply went out, so it's easy to miss. When this notification arrives, review the feed's product conditions or the fallback used when there are no products.
Billing and contract

Marking notifications as read
Once you've looked at a notification, you can mark it as read to tidy things up.
- Click a notification to move to the related screen and check the details
- Notifications you handle on the LINE side (the broadcast limit and LINE Login channel issues) open the LINE admin console in a new tab
- Use "Mark all as read" to mark every unread notification as read at once
- Unread notifications carry an "Unread" label
Who receives notifications
Which members receive a notification depends on its type.
- Data import notifications go to every member of the Workspace
- Integration, LINE Official Account, and billing notifications go to administrators
- "A broadcast reached no one" is the exception: it goes to every member, so whoever runs your broadcasts can fix it right away
- You won't see notifications for things that happened before you joined the Workspace
