Where does a friend's display name come from?
A friend's display name is taken directly from the profile name that the friend has set in LINE.
You cannot edit the display name within Lumo. Because the display name is linked to the LINE profile, when a friend changes their profile name in LINE, the change is also reflected in Lumo's display.
What happens to friends who block you?
Friends who block your LINE Official Account are automatically excluded from Message Broadcast targets.
When a friend blocks you, messages no longer reach that friend. On the friends list you can filter by the "Blocked" status, so you can see which friends are currently blocked. When a friend unblocks you, they are included in broadcast targets again.
When you want to broadcast while excluding blocked friends
In a Message Broadcast, blocked friends are automatically excluded. Without any special setting, broadcasts reach only friends who are currently following you.
Can I add friends manually one at a time?
You cannot register friends manually one at a time.
Friends work by automatically registering users who add your LINE Official Account as a friend into Lumo. Based on the friend additions Lumo receives, they are reflected in the friends list.
When you want to import existing friends in bulk
If you already had friends before connecting your LINE Official Account, you can import them in bulk from the friends list with "Import existing LINE friends". Importing is limited to verified accounts or premium accounts of a LINE Official Account, and the import may take some time.
How can I gain more friends?
The basic approach is to increase the entry points for adding friends by using QR Codes and friend-add links.
With Lumo's QR Code feature, you can create a QR Code and URL for adding friends and track inflow channels. By separating QR Codes for each channel, such as flyers, your website, and social media, you can identify which channel brought in friends and improve your measures accordingly.

Can I delete the data of friends I no longer need?
You can delete a friend's record from the friends list.
When you delete a friend, that friend's record, chat history, and activity in Lumo are deleted. However, if there is an action on the LINE side after deletion, such as receiving a message from that friend, the friend's record may be created again. You can also delete multiple friends at once.
