The Dashboard is your entry point for seeing what the agent is doing and how your LINE marketing is performing, all in one place. Each widget is covered below, along with how to customize the layout to match the way you work.
What You Can Do on the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main screen that opens first when you log in, giving you an at-a-glance view of what the Marketing Agent is doing and how your results are growing.
You don't need to check the numbers every day and make every call yourself. The agent keeps analyzing and improving, so you can simply review the results and choose "Approve" or "Cancel" when an approval is needed. The Dashboard is where that decision-making information is gathered.
Three main types of information are shown:
- Agent activity and proposals: the agent's operation record, Goal progress, upcoming plans, and notices
- LINE results: Friends trends, statistics, and broadcast performance
- Agent results: the impact of the Marketing Agent and the Customer Agent individually
Opening the Dashboard
Click Dashboard in the side menu to open it.
If you have several LINE Official Accounts connected, use the account selector at the top of the screen to switch to the account you want to review. The numbers shown reflect the account currently selected.
Checking Agent Activity
The activity widgets let you see how much the agent has actually done.
AI Agent Activity
The "AI Agent Activity" widget summarizes the agent's operation record. You can switch the period between this month, last month, and three months.

Goal Progress
The "Goal Progress" widget shows the current value, target value, and achievement rate for the Goals you set, along with your pace toward the deadline. The pace is shown as "On track," "As planned," or "Falling behind."
If you don't have a Goal yet, you can ask the agent to help set one from Consult the AI Agent inside the widget. The agent analyzes your current situation and proposes a recommended Goal. When you want to revisit a Goal, start a consultation from Change Goal.
Upcoming Plans
The "Upcoming Plans" widget shows broadcasts, Segment creations, and Workflows that are scheduled to run, in a calendar format. Each item is labeled with its status: not yet run, running, completed, or skipped. You can switch between last week, this week, and next week to see how your schedule looks.
Notices for You
The "Notices for You" widget delivers notifications from the agent and notices from Lumo. When there is something the agent needs you to approve, you can check it here too.
Checking LINE Results
The trend graph and statistics widgets let you check the basic results of your LINE Official Account.
LINE Friends Trend
The "LINE Friends Trend" widget shows changes in your number of friends as a graph. You can choose the display unit from daily, weekly, or monthly.
LINE Statistics
The "LINE Statistics" widget lists the key numbers for your LINE Official Account.

Broadcast Performance
The "Broadcast Performance" widget lists your recent Message Broadcasts. You can see each broadcast's date and time, title, open rate, click rate, and delivery rate. Click a broadcast you're interested in to see its details, and use View All Broadcasts to move to the broadcast list.
Checking Agent Results
The impact of the Marketing Agent and the Customer Agent can each be checked in its own dedicated widget.
Marketing Agent Results
The "Marketing Agent Results" widget shows the results driven by broadcasts.

Customer Agent Results
The "Customer Agent Results" widget shows the outcomes of customer support on LINE. The resolved count is a rough indicator of cases that the agent handled to completion on its own.

Setting Your Trust in the AI Agent
The "Trust in the AI Agent" widget lets you set how much you delegate to the agent (the Trust Score) for each operation. The more you delegate, the less you need to approve.
You can set one of the following three levels for each operation:

| Auto | Runs automatically with no notification |
Operation categories include drafting, Segment creation, Segment editing, scheduling broadcasts, sending broadcasts, Workflow creation, enabling Workflows, disabling Workflows, and A/B Test creation. For high-impact operations such as sending broadcasts, keeping them set to "Approval required" until you're comfortable gives you peace of mind.
Editing the Dashboard
You can change which widgets appear and their order to match the way you work.
- Open Edit Dashboard on the Dashboard
- Toggle each widget between Show and Hide
- Reorder the widgets
- Save with Confirm This Setup
Depending on conditions—such as not having a Goal set—some widgets may not appear.
When Things Don't Work
If the Dashboard isn't showing what you expect, check the following.
- No data is shown: Check that the LINE Official Account you want to review is selected at the top of the screen
- The numbers don't update: Reload the page to fetch the latest state
- Goal progress doesn't appear: A Goal may not be set yet. Set one from Consult the AI Agent
- It still isn't resolved: If waiting doesn't improve things, contact support
